Retired Racers
Some of the greyhounds in our kennel are young and potential adopters need to know
even though they may be 2 years old, they are still very much puppies.  Greyhounds
are slow to mature, so you may experience a lot of puppy behavior.  This can include
chewing, getting into things and some potty adjustments.  All of these can be corrected.
This can continue until they are 2 1/2 or even 3 years old.  Young greyhounds need a
lot of exercise, so we need owners who have a home with a fenced back yard as
they need room to run.
